After that, focus on the feelings and tap on the other spots.

Guidelines

Don't tap while driving. It can distract you from driving safely.

When tapping on two spots on opposite sides of the body, it may help to keep your hands coordinated in the same rhythm.

For spots where there are two locations on opposites sides of the body, you can tap on both locations at once or just one location.  

The order does not matter. Using a particular order just makes them easier to remember.

If a point feels good to tap on, tap there longer, until it feels "done".

Watch for interesting thoughts, memories, changes in feelings, sensations in the body, etc.

If you don't have much time to tap, even tapping for 30 seconds can help.

Sometimes just imagining that you are tapping can be effective.
